Services and prices in one place
Manage names, public descriptions, retail prices and locations. Visitors cannot access unpublished drafts.
Digital product for Croatian service providers
Edit and publish service prices from one admin workspace — a public price list, machine-readable CSV and an archive of previous versions.
Active product
Built for Croatian service providers with websites. The Croatian publication rules take effect on 17 November 2026.
Croatian regulations and official sourcesBusinesses often update prices by hand across web pages, PDFs and spreadsheets. Croatia’s 2026 publication rules add practical needs: machine-readable data, reference prices, previous versions and separate files for service locations.
From an edit to a public version
Edits stay in a private draft. Publishing creates one new version for the public price list and CSV. Earlier publications keep their original data.

Manage names, public descriptions, retail prices and locations. Visitors cannot access unpublished drafts.
Visitors get a readable price list on phones and desktops. Software can retrieve the CSV directly without signing in.
The reference price remains visible even when it matches the current price. Later services retain their initial price and introduction date.
Record whether a special form of sale applies and display its name alongside the current price.
Each publication retains its own data and CSV files. Later edits do not rewrite history. All versions are currently kept indefinitely.
Every included location has its own public page and CSV, even when several locations charge identical prices.

The application runs alongside the existing website. Visitors can follow a link to the price list. Where suitable, published data can also be rendered within the website’s own design.

Digitalni Cjenik is the sole editable source of prices. The connected website receives published data only. This is our installation model, not a claim that main-site integration is legally mandatory.
See the Digitalni Most integration example →Each installation uses the client’s domain, Cloudflare account and a dedicated D1 database. Digitalni Most configures it. Immutable snapshots supply the public page, CSV and public integration API independently of later draft changes.
Implementation
Croatian service providers with websites. It is a service-price publishing product, not invoicing software or a retail catalogue. Its regulatory context is specific to Croatia.
A structured file that software can retrieve and process. This product publishes CSV alongside a human-readable public page.
The Croatian decision permits CSV or XML. The product implements CSV; both formats are not required.
We did not identify either as a requirement in the reviewed online-publication rules. A PDF does not replace the machine-readable file. On-premises price display is a separate matter.
After the administrator reviews and confirms publication. Until then, visitors continue to see the previous publication. The business remains responsible for publishing on time.
Yes. Original snapshots and files stay publicly accessible. The Croatian decision specifies 30 days; this implementation currently retains all versions indefinitely.
Each included service location gets a separate CSV from the same publication, including locations with identical services and prices.
No. The application can use a subdomain with a link from the existing website. Native integration can be arranged where the website’s technology supports it.
It supplies published data for website integrations without creating another editable price list. The JSON API is an implementation choice, separate from the CSV publication.
For services existing on 10 September 2026, the basis is the regular retail price on that date, excluding special sales. Later services use their initial price and its effective date. Equal reference and current prices are still displayed.
Yes. Rows can represent an hour of work, a call-out, a kilometre or a square metre, with a public description of scope and costs. It does not generate customer quotations.
NN 110/2026 moves the price-publication decision’s application date to 17 November 2026. This does not imply that the same requirements apply in other countries.
Reviewed: October 2026.
